The candidate should have a solid understanding of embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and IoT security, along with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation are key.Responsibilities Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify new IoT market opportunities and develop business strategies that leverage IoT technologies. Lead the product ideation, development, and launch processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand IoT trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements. Drive IoT product innovation through prototyping, testing, and validation, leveraging agile methodologies. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful IoT product launches and go-to-market strategies. Establish partnerships with IoT technology providers, startups, and industry experts to enhance product capabilities and market positioning. Must have recent 3+ YOE in Product Management with IOT / Wearables / Devices / Smart Homes or similar Hardware products. Must have Experience in Complete Product Life cycle (Research, Design, Development and Go-To-Market Strategies). Must have experience working with Hardware teams to provide specifications and for product development (Preferably China exposure).
