If you’re someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and understands the unique nuances of HR in a production-led setup, we’d love to connect with you.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and office staff Coordinate and improve onboarding experiences for new employees Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances professionally Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives Compliance & Policy Management Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, factory act, labor laws, etc.) Support audits, maintain HR records, and ensure up-to-date documentation Performance & Training Assist in managing appraisal cycles and maintaining performance records Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee database, attendance, and leave management systems Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely HR reportingWhat You Bring3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in amanufacturing or industrialsetup Sound knowledge oflabor laws, factory HR practices , and statutory regulations Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with workers and leadership Proficiency in HRMS/HR software and MS Office tools A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldWhat We OfferA fast-growing, stable manufacturing environment with ample room to grow An inclusive culture where your voice is heard and your ideas are valued Opportunities to implement HR best practices and contribute to building an engaged, future-ready workforceReady to make an impact where it truly counts?
