Job Title - Customer Success ExecutiveShift schedule - 5:30 PM - 02:30 AM IST ( 5 day onsite job )Office location - Kharadi, Pune 411014Key Responsibilities:• Understand customer requirements• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction.• Work closely with internal teams - Sales, Ops, QA etc.• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in excel or CRM tools.• Escalate any major issues or red flags to the appropriate teams.Key Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management etc.)• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus.• Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
