The company is dedicated to being the saarthi to farmer's success by providing innovative and efficient irrigation solutions.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager-Sales-GJ at Polysil Irrigation Systems Limited in Vadodara. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team, developing sales strategies, and fostering client relationships.Roles & Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the assigned area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key farmers. Identify and onboard new dealers and expand the distribution network. Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations. Promote and sell company products including drip irrigation, HDPE pipes, and related solutions. Provide timely feedback from the field to the regional office regarding market trends and competitor activity. Assist dealers in inventory planning, display setup, and sales promotional activities. Collaborate with agronomists and technical staff for on-field support and training. Ensure timely collections and credit control in coordination with the finance team. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.Qualifications 4–7 years of field sales experience in irrigation, agri-inputs, or related sectors. Knowledge of micro-irrigation systems and agricultural practices in Gujarat. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi; English is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or related discipline.
