This role promises hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, shaping the future of quick commerce.What you'll do:Develop deep domain expertise in your squad's product area to effectively address user pain points. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation in supply chain solutions, optimizing for efficiency and performance. Lead user research, usability testing, and feedback collection to refine and enhance product designs. Establish and maintain a design system for all internal supply chain applications, ensuring a best-in-class user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to clearly communicate concepts and design ideasWhat you'll need:2-3 years of experience in Product Designer role Proficiency in Figma, with advanced skills and a deep understanding of its capabilities. Extensive experience in user-centered design principles and methodologies. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at leading and working in diverse teams.
