The Role: We are looking for a seasoned and mature incumbent to Lead Labour & Employee Relations for East zone. The incumbent will be responsible for all matters related to labour and employee, statutory and compliance, policies, procedures, and programs of Concentrix, develop & improve employee management relations and administer grievance procedures.Essential Job Elements:• Managing labour authority inspections under PF, ESI, PT & other applicable statutory & labour laws, PF withdrawals/Transfers.• Employment Laws: Provide advice and guidance to leadership regarding any changes to ER / Labor Laws / Rules / Regulations / Notifications/ Statutory Registrations/Renewals, Filing of Compliance returns to Government Authorities etc.• Policy Review & Development: Manage all dealings with Central and State Government authorities for Labor Law reforms & monito amendments / developments from time-to-time relationships with clients.• Employee Litigations: handling all matters related to litigations, representing the organization in labour courts and tribunals• Labor Compliances: Ensuring complete adherence of the organization to statutory•Dealing with the government authorities• Workplace Issues & Grievances• Manage employee escalations pertaining to PF, ESI & Retirals etc.• Act as a trusted advisor to the management and maintain effective relations with all stakeholders.• Facilitate and lead communications and trainings concerned staff on various aspects of Labor Laws & ER on a continuous basis.
