About the RoleWe are looking for an experiencedHR Managerto lead and manage key people functions acrossTalent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Development, and Performance Management . This is a strategic role designed for someone who is passionate about building teams, nurturing talent, and creating systems that drive high performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Management Plan, lead, and execute recruitment across departments. Build strong sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives. Manage onboarding, induction, and employee engagement programs. Maintain and update an active talent pipeline for critical roles.Training & Development Identify skill gaps through training needs analysis. Design, schedule, and conduct internal and external training programs. Create career development plans and succession planning roadmaps.Performance Management Implement and manage a structured performance review process (KRAs, KPIs). Guide managers and teams in setting goals and evaluating performance. Create regular HR dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership review.QualificationsMaster’s degree or PG Diploma in HR Management. 5–8 years of strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, training, and PMS. Experience setting up HR systems, policies, and processes is a plus. Proficient in using HR software (ERP/HRMS) and Excel reporting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
