Job Title

Role: Establish and Operate eMobility Operations in Depots as per the BU approved Operations plan & contracts.Responsibility:• Will be responsible for establishing eMobility facility solution in coordination with various stake holders.• Should be able to handle outsourced activities and contract management.• Should be able interact and handle customers on a day-to-day basis in order to run the operations.• Identify and establish operational parameters to be monitored, controlled, and implement continuous improvement.• Ensuring schedules are met and 100% fleet is deployed which is cleared by service.• Ensuring efficiency targets are met.• Driver management - Roster & duty management and compliances.• Achieving differentiating factors in fleet operations• 1 st point of contact in case of emergency and incident• Smooth operation in all shifts• MIS - Ensuring all reports are prepared and circulated periodically.• Control tower management for vehicle tracking and reports.• Conduct Safety and Driver trainings periodically.• Good communication skills with a working knowledge and proficiency in local language.Profile:• Minimum 7 to 12 years’ experience in Fleet management and handled depot management.• Good Interpersonal skills and strong communication is essential.• Good in MS office (Excel, PPT)• Knowledge in SAP - ERP is an added advantage.Education Qualification:Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ EEE with minimum 7 years’ experience.
