We are actively seeking an accomplished National Head Radio to spearhead our Corporate FM business, driving business generation, maintaining market leadership, and enhancing revenue streams.About the Role:The National Head Radio will be a strategic business leader responsible for propelling our Corporate FM business to new heights of success. This role demands a dynamic professional with a proven track record in generating business from clients and agencies in a highly competitive environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining market leadership and driving sales efforts to leverage revenue.Responsibilities:Business Development and Client Acquisition: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to generate revenue from clients and agencies. Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities, ensuring a continuous influx of clients.Market Leadership: Maintain and enhance the organization's leadership position in the FM radio industry. Conduct market analysis, stay informed about industry trends, and proactively adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales efforts and expand market share.Client and Agency Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and advertising agencies. Act as a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.Leadership and Team Management: Provide inspirational leadership to the sales and business development teams. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable. Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development and sales leadership roles within the FM radio industry.
