We have grown 10X in the past 1 year, and are nearing the 1000+ Cr revenue milestone - this is just the beginning!Job Overview:As a Planogram Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing product displays using space planning software to enhance visual appeal and sales performance. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure planograms align with company standards, conducting quality checks, and resolving SKU mapping and space allocation issues. You will maintain shelf capacity, optimize product visibility, and manage multiple planogram projects while meeting deadlines. Additionally, you'll analyze sales and assortment trends to refine planograms for maximum efficiency.Key skills:✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & data analysis✔ Strong problem-solving & retail space planning knowledge✔ Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentKey responsibilities:• Creating/editing visually appealing display of products for each store with the help of space planningsoftware.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure planograms are consistent with companystandard and guidelines.• Planogram creation/Validation/Quality check• Identifying the root cause and act on SKU mapping and space allocation issue• Maintain shelf capacity and optimizing the product visibility as requirement• Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative/strategic planogram projectssimultaneously.• Maintain, validate and follow the consumer decision tree of assigned product categories.• Ensuring that the assigned planograms are in sync with organisations assortment strategy.• Analyzing the pattern in assortment strategy and sales to optimize the planogram effectively.
