Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-drivenHR Executiveto join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about systems, structure, and documentation, and wants to build a career in the operational backbone of Human Resources. You’ll gain exposure to the processes and tools that keep HR running smoothly, with opportunities to contribute to process improvement, automation, and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee data across HR systems and records Assist in drafting, organizing, and updating HR process documentation, SOPs, and workflows HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with company values and legal requirements. Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Support onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, equipment tracking, IT coordination, etc.) Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, workplace safety, and discrimination laws.
