Engage effectively with graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation. Build relationships with all stakeholders to generate a database of eligible candidates. Travel extensively to outreach locations for lead generation. Create and expand the base of locations by adding more every month. End-to-end activity management: generate a database of eligible candidates, make extensive telephone calls to prospects, generate walk-ins, give presentations, convince them to enrol in the course and pay the training fees, and motivate them to pursue opportunities in sales roles. 3) Admission Process Ensure complete and accurate course information is shared with students. Ensure the student admission process is followed properly. 4) System Updation & Daily Reporting Update the system regularly. Submit daily activity reports.
