The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring effective communication with guests.Qualifications- Guest Services and Customer Service skills- Experience in handling reservations and taking orders- Strong communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Positive attitude and willingness to learn- Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
