We are a startup based in San Francisco and New Delhi, founded by serial entrepreneurs.With a growing office in South Delhi, we’re assembling a core leadership team to drive architecture, development and delivery across cloud infrastructure, full-stack web and LLM-powered back ends.About the Role We are looking for a DevOps engineer to help us rapidly scale our environments, automate the infrastructure and manage customer deployments. With a list of marquee customers such as Revlon, McCarthy Tires, Royal Orchid Hotels as well as an exploding demand for our AI-led services, we see this role as being pivotal to our growth.This is a great opportunity for a DevOps engineer who wants to be at the cutting edge of AI agentic frameworks to work alongside repeat founders and drive incredible impact.Key Responsibilities Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices and monolithic applications Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure and/or GCP (infrastructure as code, monitoring, cost-optimization) Build and leverage AI agents and tools to automate provisioning, configuration and deployments. Expertise in tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible or similar. Ensure high availability, scalability and security of production and staging environments. Collaborate with software engineers (frontend, backend, AI/ML) to integrate new features into the delivery pipeline. Troubleshoot performance, reliability and security issues across the stack. Implement and maintain logging, tracing and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.) Develop and enforce best practices around release management, incident response and change controlMust-Have Qualifications 3+ years hands-on DevOps/SRE experience in production environments Deep expertise in at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP); experience across all three is highly preferred Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE) Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar) Solid understanding of networking, security, IAM, VPC design and load balancing Experience with version control (Git) and artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus, GitHub Packages) Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detailNice-to-Have Skills Full-stack development experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js and/or React Python experience for orchestration, automation or backend services Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or similar AI/LLM frameworks Exposure to serverless architectures (Lambda, Functions, Cloud Run) Experience driving DevSecOps practices and compliance auditsEducation & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) Cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, GCP Professional DevOps Engineer) a plusWhat We Offer A values aligned culture: always learning mindset, collaborative environment and an entrepreneurial approach to getting things done.
