We have a mandate to hire an Associate for a consumer focused VC firm based out of Delhi.About The Position As an associate, this is an opportunity to be a part of the core team of a rapidly scaling venture capital fund. You would get to work with founders on the ground with a lot of exposure and mentorship to be gained directly. Also, a rare chance to get the full stack VC experience - fund raising and investor relationships, investing and due diligence, portfolio management and exits.What You'll Do • Sourcing startups • Thesis building • Stakeholder research • Due diligence and evaluation on deals • Providing support to our founders • Support portfolio companies in strategic and operating matters on an ad-hoc basisWhat You'll Need • The candidate must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial and capable of demonstrating deep analytical thinking and excellent communication skills • The preferred candidate will have prior work experience (prior experience in building brands or working with the startup ecosystem or conducting transactions is a plus) • High EQ and personality to enjoy engaging with founders • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in unstructured environments • Long-term oriented and ethical - we have a transparent culture.Education Qualification prerequisites under GIFT regulation • Professional qualification (including membership in ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, or any institution equivalent thereto in a foreign jurisdiction), a postgraduate degree, or a postgraduate diploma of at least 1 (one) year duration in finance, law, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital market, banking, insurance or actuarial science from a university or an institution recognized by the Central Government or any State Government or a recognised foreign university or institution or association, or a CFA or a FRM from Global Association of Risk Professionals.
