Location:Chennai Experience:6 to 7+ years in E-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa), Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) in Cosmetics or Personal Care Industry.About Kyoshi Innovations Pvt. With our presence expanding rapidly, we are building a strong team to drive exponential growth across e-commerce platforms.Position Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedHead of E-commercewho will own the complete P&L and strategic direction for allE-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Myntra, FirstCry), Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), and Shopify sales channels . This is a leadership role that involves driving growth, building a high-performance team, analyzing market trends, and elevating the brand presence of Z GUARD across India.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, FirstCry, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Shopify. Own and drive P&Lfor all e-commerce and quick commerce sales channels (D2C and marketplaces). Completely responsible for sales in ecommerce and quick commerce. Strong Experience in running different campaigns in ecommerce and quick commerce platforms. Leadteam formation, development, and performance managementfor the e-commerce division. Collaborate with theR&D and product development teamto identify trending SKUs, market gaps, and competitive product benchmarks. Conductin-depth competitor analysisand platform performance tracking to inform product and pricing strategy. Leadcampaign planning, brand positioning, and monthly sales forecasts(AOP planning). Propose and overseeseasonal and event-based marketing campaigns . Drivemonthly internal/external business reviews , business health reporting, and demand forecasting. Digital marketing and social media managementexperience is a strong added advantage. Contribute tobrand development , storytelling, and awareness across all online platforms.Professional Experience – E-commerce & Quick Commerce Ad Campaigns:Proven expertise in running ads on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, FirstCry —including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and category visibility campaigns. Experience withQuick Commerce platforms(Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) — runningbanner ads, search keyword placements, hero slot buying , andpromoted listings . Demonstrated ability to optimizeROAS (Return on Ad Spend), ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), TACoS (Total ACoS) , andCTR/CVR metricsacross all platforms. Ability to track and optimize campaigns inreal-timeon quick commerce apps where product visibility impacts hourly or daily sales velocity. Familiar withQ-Commerce backend panels (like Blinkit Brand Partner Dashboard)andsales analyticsdashboards to monitor ad spend vs. revenue impact. Experience inpromotions management, deal funding , and co-op campaigns on quick commerce to increase new user acquisition and visibility. Skilled ingeo-targeted ad campaignsto boost penetration in high-order volume cities/zones (essential for Blinkit, Zepto).Strategic Skills – Scaling Sales Through Ad Strategy & Planning:Builtchannel-specific ad strategiesfor both long-tail marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) and hyperlocal, high-frequency apps (Blinkit, Zepto). Createdmulti-platform ad budget allocation plans , balancing between high-ROAS marketplaces and fast-moving Q-Commerce for sell-through. Expertise inSKU prioritization for Q-Commerce —identifying fast movers, high-margin items, and seasonal essentials to promote through hero slots. DevelopedAOP (Annual Operating Plan)with platform partners including sales targets, ad budgets, margin structures, and campaign calendars. Collaborated with demand planners to alignad spends with inventory forecastsand avoid overstock/understock during peak traffic periods. Launchednew products through Q-commerceusing limited-period visibility + ad boosts to test market readiness and pricing response. Used Q-Commerce data insights (like bounce rate, reorder rate, fulfillment TAT) tofine-tune ad frequency and product positioning .Desired Skills & Experience:6–7+ years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce and quick commerce operations in thecosmetics or personal care. Strong Experience in Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, FirstCry, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart. Demonstrated ability in managingP&L , growing revenue, and scaling operations. Strong analytical skills forcompetitor tracking, market analysis , and campaign optimization. Experience indemand forecasting, inventory planning, and campaign budgeting . Strong team-building capabilities and leadership qualities. Familiarity with tools likeHelium 10, Jungle Scout, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, and platform dashboardsis a plus.Added Advantages:Experience indigital marketing and social media strategy . Hands-on experience running ads onGoogle and Meta platformswith measurable ROI. Exposure tonew product launchesand online GTM strategies. Strong network in the cosmetics and personal care segment.
