Description As a Fault Management Engineer at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end fault incident management, ensuring rapid resolution that meets SLA and OLA requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project teams for network design reviews and integration activities, to troubleshoot complex network incidents and ensure seamless service for our customers. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Ensure end-to-end fault incident problem management, meeting SLA and OLA requirements. Coordinate fault management and configuration activities for the Internal Roaming Network. Work closely with project teams on high-level design, low-level design, and network integration activities. Manage trouble tickets and change requests within established SLAs while maintaining customer service quality. Prepare, implement, and verify configurations and integrations of network nodes/systems. Qualifications You have: 4-5 years of experience in International Roaming Solution. Expertise in fault management and incident problem resolution. Proficient in GSM, GPRS, CAMEL (prepaid) testing and troubleshooting. Knowledge of call-related messages (ISUP, SIP), routing, E2E 3G/LTE/5G message flows and PDP troubleshooting. It would be nice if you also had: Experience with IPX and GRX networks. Familiarity with MME- SGSN roaming configuration and knowledge of APN resolution concepts. Working experience with SCCP and MTP migration processes.
