Roles & Responsibilities: Salesforce Support and Leadership: Drives the sales aspect of the selling process. Collaborative Sales Team Engagement: Works closely with sales teams supporting both directly and indirectly. Builds trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts. Strategic Decision-Making: Provides overall leadership on initiatives and projects. Makes decisions for the team in alignment with monthly goals(for self). Communication and Credibility: Leverages domain and industry expertise to enhance company credibility. Communicates the company value proposition primarily in sales situations. Tender Response and Market Research: Actively researches and understands products, competitor strengths/weaknesses. Operational Excellence: Need knowledge about CRM & basics. Works on keeping sales documentation and collateral up to date. Market Expansion: Considers new markets or clients based on product knowledge and user insights. Customer Account Management: Manages customer accounts through timely follow-ups. Proactive Sales Outreach: Calls existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. Collaborative Approach: Works with the Pre-Sales Manager and Business Development for cohesive collaboration.Required Skillset: The candidate must have at least 1 year experience in Pre-Sales & handling clients. The candidate must have experience in generating new leads. The candidate must be communicative & have basic knowledge about computer which includes emailing, Microsoft Word-Excel, Google sheets etc. The candidate must have the ability to communicate in English, Bengali & Hindi.
