LeverageMeta Ads, Programmatic platformsfor reach and conversion.6. Email Marketing & AutomationDesign and deploy lifecycle email campaigns for engagement and retention. Analyze performance withGoogle Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and testing tools. 8. Customer Retention & LoyaltyLaunch loyalty programs and remarketing campaigns. Monitor and improveRepeat Purchase Rate, CLV, andChurn Rate. 9. Performance Analysis & ReportingGenerate and present performance reports usingGoogle Analytics, Data Studio, and other reporting tools. Track marketing KPIs and adjust strategy based on insights. 10. Competitor Analysis & Market ResearchConduct competitive benchmarking and monitor trends. Use tools likeSEMrush, SpyFu, and social listening toolsfor insights. 11. Cross-Channel Marketing StrategyDevelop integrated marketing strategies acrossSEO, SEM, Paid, Organic, Social, and Email. Ensure consistency in messaging and user experience across touchpoints.Requirements: 5–9 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (preferably in e-commerce or D2C). Proven track record in paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, SEMrush, GA4, etc. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
