The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations, and conducting training and development programs.Qualifications- Experience in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, and employee relations - Knowledge of training and development programs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Experience in the technology or financial industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
