This role requires calling on 100+ leads daily to counsel prospective students and requalify existing leads for further engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.Key Responsibilities: Contact leads daily via phone to counsel and guide prospective students on their study abroad options. Requalify existing leads by updating information and assessing current interest levels to enhance the sales pipeline. Provide detailed information about our services, including course options, universities, visa assistance, and other related services. Record interactions with leads accurately in the CRM system to track progress and identify trends. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and improve lead conversion rates.Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and inform effectively. Organized and detail-oriented with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred, but not required.
