PVR INOX is looking for a result-oriented professional to drive and scale up Barter Sales Programs in Ad Sales Department.Key responsibilities: Driving Barter Sales Revenue Target Portfolio of25 Cr (FY 25-26) Barter Sales : Feasibility & Revenue Planning (AOP) Driving revenue goals with full adherence to sales GTM plans, Barter Policy & guidelines. Pursuing Barter Sales: Identification, Pitching, Follow-ups, Negotiation, Closure & Execution of Clients. Regular Barter Sales Reviews: Pipeline. Closures & YTD Performance Regular Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaboration: With Commercial & other concerned departments on barter requisitions, deliveries and execution. Monthly Reconciliation with Accounts: Barter Closures & Consumptions.Experience Preference: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Proven experience in developing media pitches and brand solutions for diverse clients. Good media sales exposure of handling big corporate businesses.Skill Competence : Good Communication & Presentation skills Strong Interpersonal, PR & Negotiation skills.
