Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Plumbing BIM Modeler with strong Revit MEP expertise and experience working on US-based projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Plumbing standard layout practices in the USA, and be capable of delivering high-quality plumbing plans with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Develop plumbing systems using Revit MEP with a focus on US project standards. Layout engineering drawings for plumbing systems such as sanitary waste, vent, stormwater, domestic water distribution, and purified water systems. Ensure designs are compliant with relevant industry standards like IPC. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts across disciplines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining strong communication skills in English. Work independently with minimal guidance to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Requirements: Proficiency in Revit MEP software. Prior experience in layouting plumbing systems for US-based projects. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
