This role involves working closely with wedding planners, families, and premium clients to deliver customized gifting solutions and manage high-touch wedding orders from inquiry to delivery.Key Responsibilities: Source and convert wedding gifting and invitation leads through planners, exhibitions, and referralsCollaborate with families, planners, and event agencies to understand requirements and customize offeringsRepresent Ekaani at wedding expos, trunk shows, and luxury events across IndiaCoordinate with design, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely and flawless executionMaintain detailed documentation of client preferences, order specifications, and timelinesSupport the Wedding Head in managing premium client accounts and building long-term relationshipsConduct follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure post-sale satisfactionCandidate Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in wedding planning, luxury retail, or premium giftingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindsetHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple orders and timelines simultaneouslyWillingness to travel for events and client meetings across IndiaAesthetic sensibility and understanding of wedding trends, packaging, and presentationFluency in English; Hindi or regional languages is a plusWhy Work With Ekaani?Be part of a creative and fast-paced team driving luxury experiences in the wedding spaceWork on bespoke projects that blend design, tradition, and innovationGain exposure to India’s top wedding planners, venues, and client networks
