We are currently seeking a talented and motivatedMEP Manager – Electricalto join our dynamic team.Job Summary:We are looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer with 6–12 years of experience in design, supervision, and coordination across all major electrical and low voltage disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, project management expertise, and a collaborative spirit to deliver excellence across all phases of project work.Key Responsibilities:Design, supervise, and coordinate electrical and low voltage systems, including:Fire AlarmPublic Address SystemAccess ControlCCTVBuilding Management Systems (BMS)IT (Passive & Active networks)Audiovisual (AV) SystemsPerform load calculations, sizing, and selection of high-side electrical equipment such as:RMU/HT switchgearTransformersDiesel Generators (DG Sets)LT PanelsCable sizingDiscrimination studiesFull electrical distribution for base building systemsDesign and coordinate low current systems (FA/AP/Security).Review and validate consultant designs, reports, calculations, and drawings.Prepare and review tender documents, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), budgetary estimates, and detailed cost estimates.Drive value engineering initiatives and recommend optimized design solutions.Coordinate all building services to ensure seamless project integration.Utilize BIM 360 and Revit for design and corporate LEED and WELL certification requirements into design and execution.Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in electrical and low voltage systems.Participate in site inspections, quality checks, and commissioning activities as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.6–12 years of relevant experience in the design, supervision, and coordination of electrical and low voltage systems for commercial or workplace projects.Strong working knowledge of BIM 360, Revit, and other industry-standard design tools.Familiarity with international and local codes, standards, and best practices.Exposure to sustainable design principles and certification programs such as LEED and WELL.Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Strong communication and coordination skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in site supervision and project execution.Knowledge of the latest innovations in electrical, low voltage, and smart building technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
