Role Description- This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai - Experience of 5 – 8 years in quantitative customized market research - The designation basis experience and competence could be Assoc Research Manager/Research Manager/Sr Research Manager - Execute projects – along with the team: develop questionnaires, ensure smooth and good quality fieldwork, analyze data and write insightful reports. - Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables - Closely supervise and monitor researchers - Supervise and provide relevant inputs at every stage of a project - Build/maintain client relationships – service clients on projects, identify new areas to work with a clientQualifications- Be a team player - Exposure/experience in having conducted different types of research for eg Market Mapping, Habits & Practices, Segmentation, Triggers & Barriers, Product test, Concept test, Pricing Research, Brand equity, Brand health monitoring, Shopper studies, Customer satisfaction etc - Knowledge of advanced/multi variate techniques such as cluster analysis, factor analysis, max diff, choice based conjoint etc. Even if not used have the inclination to learn and execute when needed - Be passionate about research, ambitious and want to grow with the company - Have an open mind, constantly learn new ways of doing research – to improve efficiencies, to better understand consumers or for identifying new avenues/clients
