As a Field Sales Executive/Manager at KSL Cleantech, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in Odisha’s renewable energy sector. You will directly engage with key industry decision-makers, including MDs, CXOs, and senior managers, to promote our solar solutions. Your role will focus on building long-lasting relationships, executing follow-ups, and creating an impactful presence in the field.Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and meet prospective clients (large and small industries) and foster relationships with decision-makers, including MDs and CXOs.Sales Execution: Conduct follow-ups on sales leads, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.Field Marketing: Engage in site visits, presentations, and events to promote KSL Cleantech’s solar solutions.Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects, aligning with clients’ energy needs.Qualifications Education: Engineering background (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical).Experience: 1–4 years in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in the renewable energy or industrial sectors.Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to engage with senior management.Other Requirements: Willingness to travel within the region and proficiency in Microsoft Office/CRM tools.Please Note: CTC: INR 5 TO 7 lac per annum
