Our designs stand at the intersection of comfort, craftsmanship, and creativity, inspiring a new standard in contemporary fashion.We’re on the lookout for a Fashion Designer who is passionate about sustainable fashion and activewear, with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience and a strong grounding in design thinking and product development.Location: Gurgaon Position: Full-time | OnsiteExperience: 2–3 Years Category: Athleisure / Sustainable FashionKey Responsibilities· Design and develop high-performance yet sustainable athleisure collections aligned with brand aesthetics and customer needs.· Travel to manufacturing hubs to oversee silhouette finalization, prototyping, and fit sessions.· Conduct market and trend research within both activewear and sustainability segments.· Source eco-friendly fabrics, trims, and finishings — working closely with responsible vendors.· Collaborate with tech and sourcing teams to ensure efficient and ethical production processes.· Translate mood boards and seasonal themes into functional, well-constructed designs.· Ensure sampling timelines are met with consistent quality benchmarks.What We’re Looking For· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fashion design, preferably in athleisure, activewear, or performance apparel.· Graduate from a premier fashion institute (e.g., NIFT, Pearl Academy, NID, SID).· A strong grasp of garment construction, fit, and technical detailing.· Deep interest in sustainability — materials, circularity, and ethical manufacturing.· Comfortable with frequent travel to suppliers, vendors, and factories.· Ability to blend aesthetic minimalism with performance-oriented functionality.This Role Is Not for FreshersPlease note: This is not an entry-level position.
