Aroma Tyre is a flagship brand of Adams Tyre Industries (Pvt) Ltd.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager for Bicycle Tyres and Tubes at Adams Tyre Industries (Pvt) Ltd, located in Mawanella. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production planning, ensuring quality control, and facilitating production management. The role involves coordinating manufacturing operations to maintain efficiency and productivity, along with ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.Qualifications Production Planning and Production Management skills Quality Control and Operations Management skills Experience in Manufacturing Operations Excellent leadership and team management abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Prior experience in the Bicycle tyre manufacturing industry is a plus Ability to move and work in Sri Lanka Plant.Salary package negotiable.
