Job Join HR Consultants are looking for the role of "AGM HR" with exposure of manufacturing industry Min. 15 years' experience in manufacturing with minimum 4 to 5 years tenure in each organisation worked for. MBA regular is a must have Age below 48 years Candidate from North will be preferred Minimum 1000 on roll manpower handling exposure is a must have Sound exposure of Payroll, Plant HR, Legal, Lisoning, & General Administration in manufacturing units. Manpower planning to reduce Contractual manpower. Must have alternative sources of manpower to maximize the workers on company payroll.  Achieving 100% compliance with statutory requirements under Factory Act, Pollution, Fire, Environment, CLRA, and other labor laws, ensuring smooth audits.  Improving employee retention by 20% through focused engagement initiatives and career development programs.  Built a high-performance culture through innovative engagement, development, and retention strategies.  Played a pivotal role in transitioning a dormant factory into a fully operational by implementing effective change management practices.  Achieved cost optimization through strategic budgeting and efficient resource management.
