Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily administrative operations of the office. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests. Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for domestic and international travel. Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems. Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office lease agreements.
