The role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage in complex financial transactions, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to high-impact client engagements. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed financial models to evaluate transactions, including DCF,and comparable company analysis. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, industry research, and valuation assessments. Support due diligence processes for M&A and Private Equity transactions. Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and transaction-related documentation. Assist in end-to-end deal execution, including coordination with legal, tax, and regulatory teams. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on market trends and financial data. Collaborate with senior team members to ensure seamless project delivery.QualificationsMaster’s degreein Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related roles (internships included). Proficiency infinancial modelingand valuation techniques (DCF, accretion/dilution). Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to data interpretation. Experience indue diligenceand transaction execution processes. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with databases (Tracxn, venture intelligence) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.Why Join Us?
