The position is located in Ernakulam. The HR Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Daily tasks include sourcing and interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, and collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs. The manager will also work to enhance the company’s overall HR strategies and practices.Qualifications- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management experience - Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance - Strong Communication and Employee Relations skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in a managerial role is a plus - Proficiency in HR software and tools - Ability to work well in a team and maintain professional relationships
