About the Opportunity:Role: PR & Corporate CommunicationLevel: Assistant ManagerReporting To: SVP & Head - Corporate Communications & Corpora AffairsLocation: GurgaonAbout the Role:The role sits within the PR & Corporate Communications function, playing a pivotal part in shaping and strengthening MakeMyTrip’s corporate reputation and brand narrative. The incumbent will be driving strategic communication initiatives that enhance visibility, credibility, and engagement. This includes co-creating impactful stories and campaigns while closely collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align with broader business and communication goals.What will you be doing:- Curating impactful stories by partnering with various lines of business to showcase compelling narratives - Leading leadership positioning and executive communication to strengthen brand voice and visibility - Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to identify and execute high impact, PR-led campaigns - Driving integrated communication strategies with a sharp focus on content planning and management - Preparing background documents, briefing documents, and case studies on key organizational priorities and issues - Cultivating strong media relationships by engaging with journalists, bloggers, thought leaders, and influencers - Managing day-to-day operations with the PR agency to ensure seamless execution and alignment with goals - Ability to analyze data and insights to improve customer experience strategies.Qualification & Experience:- A graduation in Mass Communication or English (Hons.) from a reputed institute, along with 4+ years of experience as a journalist or communications professional.Key Success Factors for the role:- Strong flair for storytelling with the ability to craft compelling articles, write-ups, and reports - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills - High energy, proactive mindset, and a dependable team player
