Position :M&E Lead and Report Writing Specialist Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month Location: Andheri, Mumbai (Only local candidates of Mumbai is acceptable) Mode: Work from Office Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to Max 15 Days Experience -Minimum 3+ years of experience in M&E, impact reporting, research, or content development.Interview Round :- 1st round interview- telephonic 2nd round interview – virtual interviewKey Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Design and manage M&E systems, KPIs, and assessment tools to evaluate program effectiveness. Oversee data collection, field surveys, interviews, and research. Analyze data to extract key insights, trends, and lessons learned. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program design and delivery. Train internal teams on M&E methodologies and storytelling through data. 2. Report Writing & Documentation Write and edit donor reports, impact reports, research papers, case studies, and policy briefs. Ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy in all written materials. Maintain consistency in language, formatting, and storytelling across all reports. Create infographics and visual storytelling tools in collaboration with the design team. 3. Content Development & Storytelling Craft engaging narratives that highlight the impact of programs through real-life stories, field anecdotes, and data insights. Develop blog articles, newsletters, and content for digital platforms. Support fundraising efforts through compelling impact stories. 4. Research & Stakeholder Engagement Conduct desk research to support reporting and program analysis. Work closely with field teams, beneficiaries, and partners to gather qualitative insights. Engage with donors and stakeholders to tailor communications to their requirements.Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Journalism, Public Policy, Economics, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in M&E, impact reporting, research, or content development.Skills: Strong analytical, writing, and editing abilities. Ability to synthesize data into human-centered stories. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Strong grasp of M&E frameworks (Theory of Change, Logical Framework, RBM).Experience: Background in sectors such as education, climate change, gender, health, or livelihoods. Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Demonstrated experience in writing and editing data-driven reports and converting complex information into clear, engaging narratives. Language: Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking regional languages is preferred.
