To learn how we can supercharge progress for you, visit .Job description:Job Summary -- Perform analysis and assessment of existing process and identify opportunities for leveraging data driven process improvement - Conduct process discovery and opportunity qualification workshops that facilitate identifying and fulfilling initiative & project objectives. - Engage with Operating teams and clients to understand their business context and Translate business problems into analytical structures and can be solved using statistical/ML techniques - Develop and enhance algorithms and models to solve a business problem. - Conduct quantitative analyses and interpret results - Maintaining all models along with development and updating of code and process documentation - Interact and collaborate with multiple teams (Business, Solution & development) and various stakeholders to meet deadlines, to bring Analytical Solutions to life. - Work with Automation and RPA analysts to automation solutions to leverage data and to optimize and improve automation of business processes - Transition the requirements and use cases to the designers, developer and ensure that all flows, dependencies, integration and features are met. - Reviews and contribute to functional design documents, user stories and other functional artifacts to ensure that they are in alignment with the Business need. - Conduct workshop and provide inputs to solutions, implementation and change management plans - Work closely with ops, business, solutions dev team and testers for smooth execution of projectsWorking with Transformation Champions, Team Leads, SMEs and Process Owners for selection of initiatives and projects.Experience- 7 -10 YrsKey Competencies:- Excellent knowledge of Database Management and SQL - Experience and Ability to extract and handle data from various sources, such as APIs, CSV files, Excel spreadsheets, and databases. - Enthuse to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. - Adept understanding of various data science approaches, AI/ ML techniques and statistical methods. - Understanding the foundational concepts and algorithms in machine learning is crucial.
