About the Role We are looking for anEnterprise Sales Managerto drive new business, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in theTechnology, SaaS, or Fintechdomain. Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition:Identify, engage, and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets. Client Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:Identify and qualify leads, manage them through the sales funnel, and drive closures. CRM & Performance Tracking:Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM. Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Industry Networking:Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders. What We’re Looking For Experience: Senior Sales Manager:8-12 years in enterprise sales. Junior Sales Manager:5-7 years in enterprise sales. Industry Background:Preferably fromTechnology, SaaS, Fintech, or BFSI sectors. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong networking ability and experience engaging with C-level executives. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment.
