Responsible for on-site installation guidance, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades of the company's wind power converters; 2. Provide product principle, usage methods, and daily maintenance precautions training to customers; 3. Maintain on-site customer relationships and handle major issues at the client site; 4. Register and organize customer call information, submit service cases, follow up with customers, and ensure service closure; 5. Collect customer requirements, coordinate customer-related work, and provide after-sales technical support;6. Timely feedback service information and provide improvement suggestions for product quality enhancement; 6.Collaborate with engineers at our China headquarters to discuss and implement solutions online.Requirements: 1.Must have received high-altitude work training and be authorized to work at height certificate. 2.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. 3.Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate effectively with the headquarters team in China and local clients. 4.At least two year of experience in after-sales operation and maintenance in the wind power industry.Best to have work experience with OEMs such as Suzlon, Nordex, Vestas, GE, Vernova, SGRE, Adani, Inox, Enercon, etc; 5.Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally. 6.Willing to travel domestically and internationally, and may need to frequently visit the company's headquarters in China within the first six months of employment for relevant training; 7.Age 32 or younger,Be in good health and be capable of undertaking necessary physical work.
