This role is critical in managing the end-to-end proposal process across RFPs, RFIs, proactive proposals, and client-specific solution pitches. The Bid Manager will collaborate with sales, solution architects, marketing, delivery, and executive leadership to ensure timely, high-quality submissions that align with client needs and Prowess’ strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProposal ManagementLead the development and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and proactive client proposals.Create and manage proposal timelines, assigning roles and deadlines across cross-functional teams.Maintain a high-quality standard in formatting, structure, and storytelling within all proposal responses.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementCoordinate across sales, delivery, solution engineering, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs.Facilitate kick-off meetings, daily standups (if needed), and final review checkpoints.Support account executives with customer-facing presentations and proposal walk-throughs.Content ManagementOwn and maintain a centralized content library of case studies, team bios, boilerplate responses, pricing templates, and success stories.Regularly update reusable content based on latest wins, service offerings, and market trends.Work with marketing to improve brand tone, visuals, and design consistency across bids.Process & IntelligenceStandardize pursuit processes with templates, checklists, and version controls.Track pursuit metrics (win rate, turnaround time, proposal volume) and report to leadership.Analyze win/loss outcomes and provide insights to improve future positioning.Qualifications3–5 years experience in bid/proposal management, presales operations, or project coordination.Experience working in an IT services, software consulting, or technology environment.Strong project management and collaboration skills.Exceptional communication and writing ability.Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or proposal software (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.).Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Nice to HaveExperience with integration technologies or enterprise platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, SAP).Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.Exposure to Agile, Lean, or consultative sales environments.Why Join Prowess?Work with leading integration experts and digital transformation teams.High-impact role with visibility across leadership and strategic petitive compensation, flexible work culture, and a collaborative team environment.
