Our hopes and dreams are to create this future as quickly as possible and ensure that it is widely distributed and optimized to maximize all forms of human excellence.Role OverviewThe Campus Recruitment Manager will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and management of Amura's campus programs across India. You will forge deep partnerships with top academic institutions, create outstanding candidate experiences, and build sustainable early career talent pipelines to fuel our rapid growth. You will work closely with TA Head, Function Heads, and the larger TA team to forecast hiring needs and ensure the right talent is brought into the system early and nurtured for future leadership.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Build a 2–3 year Campus Recruitment Roadmap aligned with Amura’s care and non-care team scaling needs. Identify and prioritize key campus clusters (Medical Colleges, Health Science Institutes, Engineering Colleges, Business Schools, etc.). Develop a University Relations Strategy to establish Amura as an employer of choice across campuses.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, clinical heads, and functional managers to understand talent needs for fresher and early-career roles. Drive workforce planning discussions for fresher hiring cycles, bridging business priorities and talent supply. Partner with candidate branding to design compelling campus messaging and campaigns.Execution Excellence: Lead planning and execution of Pre-Placement Talks, Competitions, Hackathons, Medical Summits, Internship Drives, and Final Hiring. Build standardized processes for assessments, interviews, offer management, onboarding, and pre-joining engagement. Innovate new initiatives like early engagement programs, campus ambassadors, internship-to-full-time models, and fast-track leadership programs.Market Research & Academic Insights: Build geo-maps and institute analysis to expand sourcing beyond Tier-1 colleges and tap into emerging Tier-2/3 medical and technical institutions. Stay updated on campus hiring trends, competition moves, and salary benchmarks. Proactively drive competitive intelligence on fresher talent programs run by peers.Analytics and Reporting : Create comprehensive campus hiring dashboards tracking outreach efforts, selection ratios, joining ratios, and program ROI. Publish regular reports and insights to senior leadership on progress and learnings.RequirementsExperience: 7 - 12 years of total experience in leading large-scale campus hiring in a growth-focused environment. Preferably has experience setting up early-career hiring engines in healthcare, edtech, tech, consulting, or startup ecosystems. Skill Set: Deep expertise in academic relations, placement processes, and campus engagement. Strong in stakeholder management, program ownership, and candidate experience design. Proficient in research and data-backed decision making. Well-versed with hiring technology platforms (ATS, CRM, Excel/Sheets, reporting tools). Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Bonus: Experience in healthcare, medical talent hiring, or clinical/health science domains is a strong plus. Exposure to building fresher leadership development programs or early-career acceleration programs.
