The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy distribution network.Channel & Trade Marketing Design and implement channel-specific marketing campaigns for distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Develop POS materials, in-store branding, and promotional tools for General Trade and Modern Trade. Work closely with sales teams to roll out schemes, activations, and incentives aligned with brand strategy. Distributor Engagement & Support Drive marketing activities to support distributor sell-in and sell-through. Conduct training sessions and engagement programs for distribution partners. Monitor distributor performance and provide marketing inputs to improve reach and sales velocity. Market Intelligence & Analytics Track market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights at the channel level. Analyze ROI of marketing activities at the distribution level and optimize campaigns accordingly. Generate reports on program effectiveness, market share improvements, and brand KPIs. Collaboration & Execution Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, Finance) for smooth campaign execution. Ensure timely availability and distribution of marketing collaterals to all key markets. Partner with external agencies for design, print, and activation support.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 5–8 years of experience in trade/distribution/channel marketing, preferably in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods. Strong understanding of distribution networks and channel dynamics. Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel reporting, and marketing tools.
