We are seeking a seasoned strategic advisor with deep domain expertise in life sciences and healthcare to lead transformative initiatives for global clients. This role demands a visionary thinker and hands-on strategist capable of addressing complex industry challenges from digital transformation to market expansion while delivering measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Advisory and Transformation: Develop and implement strategic solutions to address client challenges such as market entry, digital transformation, operational efficiency, and growth strategy. Support healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and payers in adapting to regulatory shifts, digital health trends, and value-based care models.Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market dynamics, technological advancements, competitive landscapes, and regulatory trends across life sciences and healthcare. Deliver actionable insights to help clients anticipate industry changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.Digital Health and Innovation: Guide clients in leveraging digital health technologies, telemedicine, AI, data analytics and IoT to improve healthcare delivery and decision-making.Regulatory and Compliance Support: Assist clients in navigating global healthcare regulations and ensuring compliance with evolving standards, such as FDA, EMA, and GDPR. Support life sciences companies with risk management and quality control initiatives across clinical trials, drug development, and commercialization.Project Leadership and Delivery Lead workstreams in multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations. Collaborate with cross- functional teams, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior colleagues to foster team growth and project success.Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their challenges, providing actionable solutions, and identifying growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive continued engagement and client satisfaction.Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of insights, whitepapers, and industry reports to position Netscribes as a leader in life sciences and healthcare innovation. Stay updated on emerging trends such as precision medicine, digital therapeutics, and health equity initiatives.Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of the life sciences and healthcare value chain, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payers, and providers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in market analysis, data-driven decision-making and operational optimization. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Proficiency in emerging healthcare technologies, including AI, digital health, cloud solutions, and health analytics. Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Qualifications: Educational Background: Undergrad (BTech, Bio-Tech, B-Pharm or relevant fields) and Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or related field) in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology. Experience: 10 - 14 years of experience in consulting, healthcare strategy, life sciences operations, or related fields. Strong exposure to healthcare transformation, regulatory compliance, digital health solutions, and process optimization
