The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, enabling them to effectively manage and improve these crucial HR functions.Location: Chennai (WFO)Shift Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AMCTC: Max 10LPAExperience: 3 years to 8 YearsResponsibilities- Collaborates with the onboarding team to process new hires in the HRIS by ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately. - Manages and maintains employees I-9s - Coordinate with IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires ensuring access in the systems. - Creation and maintenance of employment files - Processing of employee changes in the HRIS and creation of employee changes documentation. - Oversee the offboarding process from our HRIS and MGT systems - Ensure the return of company property and the deactivation of system access for departing employees. - Coordinate with IT, payroll, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees. - Maintain accurate records of offboarding activities and documentation. - Manages our Fresh Services ticketing systemQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Three to five years of experience in HR administration, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding, I-9 form. - Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools and software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively independently and remotely. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
