Linux Admin + Devops (Docker, Kubernetes)Location: Chennai, Coimbatore- Core hands-on Linux with administration and troubleshooting knowledge. - Core hands-on administration and troubleshooting Skills on VMware Virtualization, Red Hat Satellite or Packages channels maintenance - Good Understanding and hands-on on DevOps Tools. - Core hands-on administration on Docker and Kubernetes - GitOps in Kubernetes using Argo CD, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Harbor registry and Helm charts. - Virtualization, Containerization and Container Management using Kubernetes - Experience in CDN using Akamai. - Work on a platform for monitoring, logging, and orchestration of docker applications running on Kubernetes - Development and implement platform components to support containers - Hands-on technical working experience in managing Azure/OCI cloud platforms and Microsoft Azure hosted infrastructure & systems - Preferred experience with one or more of the following: - Linux administrator with Satellite experience - Docker & Kubernetes - Jenkins or other CI tools - Familiarity with cloud applications and micro-service architectures - Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) and/or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is a plus - Work Experience in Continuous Integration, Linux Administration and Application deployments in/for ecommerce. - RHEL 6, 7, 8,9 – Complete administration & troubleshooting knowledge - Experience with creation and management of VMware based virtual infrastructure using ESX/ESXi - Core hands-on administration, automation and troubleshooting skills on Ansible - Load balancing (HA Proxy/HApee) and Architectural understanding of complex middleware/Ecommerce infrastructure - Expert level knowledge and proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Shell scripting, PHP etc. - Base understanding of Jenkins to run a job and verify logs. - Working knowledge on Vagrant, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Git, Varnish, Rundeck, SonarQube, mPulse - Excellent attention to detail, testing and documentation - Good understanding & Troubleshooting Knowledge on Apache, Tomcat, nginx, HA Proxy, SSL certificates, TCP protocols like DNS, LDAP, HTTPS etc - Prepare and provision new environments on Linux server - Experience in configuration management tools like Ansible - Version control tools preferably GIT - Apache Tomcat and Ngnix administration - Working with JIRA, vagrant, Nexus, SonarQube, confluence and Bitbucket - Log management with Loki - Understanding and handling of Hybris - Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery automation using Jenkins, Ansible - Exposure to Rundeck, Monitoring Tools - Task automation with Shell or any scripting languages. - Application and Service monitoring - Excellent attention to detail, testing and documentation - Administer, Monitor, Deploy & Support infrastructure & applications - Installation of new tools/software - Troubleshooting & Planning Environment stability and availability - Willing to work in 24 x 7, across the shifts.
