API Auditing: Conductinternal and external auditsin accordance withAPIstandards (e.g., API 6A, API 16A, API Q1, etc.) to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Performregular inspectionsof the manufacturing processes, production systems, and finished products to ensure they meet industry specifications and company standards. Prepare detailedaudit reportswith findings and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage and track audit schedules, ensuring all required audits are conducted within the appropriate timeframes. Work closely with department managers to resolve any audit findings, non-conformities, or areas of improvement. 2. Management Representative (MR) Role: Serve as theManagement Representative(MR) for the company’sQuality Management System (QMS) , ensuring that the system meetsISO 9001and relevantAPI certifications(e.g., API Q1). Ensure the company’s QMS isfully implemented , maintained, and continuously improved across all functions within the organization. Act as the main liaison between senior management and the quality team regarding QMS performance and compliance. Lead management review meetings and ensure that the company’s leadership is regularly informed of QMS status, audit results, and improvement initiatives. Coordinatequality-related trainingfor employees to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. Monitor, analyze, and report on quality performance metrics, helping to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the company’s operations comply withlocal and international regulations(e.g., API, ISO 9001, ASME, PED, etc.), as well ashealth, safety, and environmental standardsrelevant to oil and gas manufacturing. Provide guidance to teams onAPI certificationrequirements and assist with the process of applying and maintaining certifications. Assist indocument controlmanagement and ensure all technical documentation, including audit results, are properly archived. Knowledge : Deep knowledge ofAPI standards(e.g., API 6A, API 16A, API Q1) and experience inAPI auditsfor oil and gas components. Certification as anAPI AuditororLead Auditoris highly preferred. Solid understanding ofISO 9001and other relevant quality standards.
