We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative English Teachers for primary grades who is passionate about fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills through inquiry-based teaching.ResponsibilitiesInquiry-Based Instruction:- Facilitate interactive and engaging English lessons that promote curiosity and independent thinking. - Introduce foundational English concepts through hands-on activities and real-world applications.Assessment and Feedback:- Design assessments that evaluate students’ problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and application of subject specific concepts. - Provide timely and constructive feedback to guide students in their language exploration.Integration with Technology:- Integrate age-appropriate technology tools and resources to enhance the inquiry-based learning experience. - Explore innovative ways to use technology in classroom instruction to facilitate understanding and application.Collaboration:- Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-disciplinary connections and integrate English with other subjects. - Share insights and strategies related to inquiry-based teaching with fellow educators.Professional Development:- Stay abreast of the latest developments in English education and inquiry-based teaching methodologies. - Engage in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance teaching practices.Qualifications:- A bachelor’s degree in the Subject you are applying for, Education, or a related field. A teaching qualification is preferred. - Proven experience in teaching English at the primary school level, with a focus on inquiry-based methodologies. - Familiarity with the integration of technology in elementary English instruction. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.Personal Attributes- Passionate about fostering a love for English through inquiry-based teaching. - Creative and adaptable to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of young students. - Committed to creating a positive and collaborative learning environment.Additional Expectations- Interested candidates should ideally be willing to commit to a minimum of two years.
