Job Description

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the hotel’s overall sales and marketing plan, actively monitoring progress against KPIs, budget, and revenue targets - Collaborate with the General Manager to align sales strategies with broader business objectives. - Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. - Analyze current markets to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Manage tour series contracting and negotiate agreements to maximize group and series bookings. - Organize and conduct site inspections and familiarization trips with the hotel team to showcase property features and services. - Oversee the performance and optimization of third-party and promotional websites, ensuring the hotel’s online presence is maximized. - Proactively monitor and manage the hotel’s profile on social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to guest feedback. - Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell higher-priced rooms and enhance overall revenue. - Coordinate with the digital team to manage and update content across all hotel websites. - Develop and agree on departmental sales plans in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Manage all promotional collateral, from copywriting through to design and print, ensuring alignment with brand standards. - Ensure all in-house promotional materials are current, effective, and support new sales and marketing initiatives. - Maintain and update the guest database, ensuring client details are accurate and up to date. - Track and record all client correspondence, including quotations and contracts, to ensure transparency and accountability. - Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct in all interactions with clients, guests, and colleagues.
