Job Summary:Sundew is looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motion design principles, a keen eye foraesthetics, and the ability to create visually compelling animations that align with internationalstandards. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including social media content,service line videos, and innovation-driven animations.Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various platforms.- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with projectgoals.- Develop and refine animations based on feedback, ensuring high production quality.- Work within Sundew’s structured pipeline (R&D, Pre-production, Production, Final Draft/Approval).- Optimize motion graphics for different formats and platforms (social media, corporate videos,etc.).- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edgeapproach.- Handle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines without compromising creativity andquality.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience in motion graphics design (or equivalent project experience).- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and (or) Blender (or similar 3D tools).- Strong knowledge of motion design principles, typography, and animation techniques.- Experience with 3D animation, particle effects, and dynamic motion graphics is a plus.- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for motion design (Runway, Kaiber, etc.) is an advantage.- Ability to develop storyboards, style frames, and animation breakdowns.- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in a corporate or Design agency or Production House or Media Background- A portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work (corporate, social media, product animations etc.)- Knowledge of cloud-based tools and rendering workflows for efficient project execution.
