The group revenue is over 350 Cr.Location North India, Preferably near DelhiProfile/Competencies: Education, background, level of experience: · 20+ Years of Work Experience in Sales and marketing of Monolithics & Castables · Steel plant experience will be an added advantage · Preferably Degree in Engineering (Metallurgy/Foundry Technology) · Established business relations with the metallurgical, cement and power plants · Proven track record of developing markets and building teams to drive sales · Exceptional communication, team building andJob description / Responsibilities: · Create and execute a Go to Market strategy · Own all plans and strategies for developing the business and achieving the company's sales goals · Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales goals; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products · Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors · Designing and implementing competent strategies to explore potential business avenues, penetrate new markets and expand the existing network. · Manage and grow customer relationships across the steel, cement, foundry, power, and secondary aluminium industries · Provide technical support for refractory products, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful application · Customer-centric attitude supported by a strong technical and commercial background · Being able to understand the unique demands of our client and present them with tailor-made solutions
