About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.). You will be responsible for sales growth, pricing strategy, inventory planning, listing hygiene, promotions, event strategy, and exploring new marketplace/channel opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on ownership, communicates effectively, and brings a data-first approach to scaling e-commerce operations.---Key Responsibilities:1.⁠ ⁠Marketplace & Channel ManagementFull ownership of accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and moreEnsure smooth operations, compliance, and performance optimization across platformsEvaluate and onboard new e-commerce or quick commerce channels to expand brand reach2.⁠ ⁠Pricing & Profitability ManagementStrategically define and update pricing to remain competitive and profitableOwn margin planning and Buy Box strategyMonitor price parity across platforms3.⁠ ⁠Inventory & Demand PlanningCoordinate with the supply chain and warehousing teams for accurate inventory forecastingManage replenishment cycles to ensure healthy stock availability and reduce RTOsPlan stock allocation for upcoming events and sales4.⁠ ⁠Listing Hygiene & Catalog OptimizationMaintain best-in-class listings with rich content, images, keywords, and A+ contentRegular audits to fix suppressed listings, mismatches, and variationsMonitor listing performance and implement optimization strategies5.⁠ ⁠Promotions & Event ExecutionPlan and execute platform-specific promotions, coupons, and lightning dealsLead campaign planning for key events like Diwali, Prime Day, BBD, etc.Collaborate with creative teams for campaign assets and marketing coordination6.⁠ ⁠New Product Launches (NPD)Work with product and branding teams to launch new SKUs across marketplacesDevise launch strategies including pricing, reviews, and ad pushesManage timelines and deliverables for a successful GTM7.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Growth AnalysisOwn weekly/monthly reports on sales, conversion, ads, and returnsShare actionable insights for continuous improvementTrack competition and market trends for strategic input8.⁠ ⁠Cross-functional Communication & CoordinationLiaison with platform KAMs, internal teams, supply chain, and creative teamsMaintain excellent written and verbal communicationEnsure timely execution of planned activities and issue resolution---Required Skills & Qualifications:2-5 years of experience managing accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or quick commerce platformsStrong understanding of e-commerce KPIs like CVR, ASP, TACoS, and RTOProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboardsExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsExposure to D2C, FMCG, or grocery brands is a plusSelf-driven with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude---Why Join Us?Work with a fast-growing team in the D2C and marketplace spaceOwn end-to-end growth levers across channelsOpportunity to innovate and lead in a dynamic digital-first ecosystem
